Professional counselling and employment service / Eures

The vocational counselling and employment service as well as the tasks of EURES are completed at the Voivodship Labour Office in Szczecin through Information and Career Planning Centres in Szczecin and Koszalin.

The clients of the Information and Career Planning Centre are both the unemployed (registered or not), graduates, working persons interested in changing their job, as well as employees looking for employees.

Within the framework of the individual vocational counselling, the vocational counsellor may:

• indicate the methods of job search,
• help in writing a letter of application, CV,
• help in specifying the vocational preferences and predispositions,
• help in specifying the type of job, which may be most compliant with the specific predispositions and vocational preferences or most appropriate in the present specific situation in life.

The Information and Career Planning Centre also deals with the group counselling, within the framework of which, the activation, motivational and training workshops, such as e.g.:

• self-presentation workshops, 
• workshops devoted to entrepreneurship, 
• workshop classes based on the programme "Job club",
• workshops on preparation of the application documents - letter of application and CV.

Within the framework of the remote vocational counselling, the vocational counsellors of the Information and Career Planning Centre provide information and advice by means of e-mails.
It is also possible to obtain information on professions, schools, universities and conditions of education of adults, as well as gain didactic materials (e.g. films) related to specific social competences.
